Another brief book for very young children in the same series as The Moon. Again, the information is reasonably accurate and interesting as of the mid-1960’s, but between Mariner IX, the Viking probes, Spirit, and Opportunity (among others), we know an awful lot more about Mars now than we did forty years ago just after Mariner IV.
So this isn’t a bad book, but too young in style for most Asimov fans and too out-of-date for the current crop of young children.
