I don’t believe that Asimov himself is the first to use this particular time travel paradox—that somebody travels to the moment of Creation and ends up causing it rather than observing it (I believe it was used at least once on Doctor Who), so I can’t give it any points for originality. As far as execution is concerned—well, it’s a short story, and that’s about as much as one can say good about it.
